Kim Williams is a Certified Equine/Canine Acuscope Therapist, and an Approved Instructor/Representative with Animal Therapy Systems. Creekside Equine & Animal Therapy offers Acuscope training, sales, and therapy. Kim has bachelors' degrees in Business Management and Animal Science. She has a strong love for horses, dogs, cats and rabbits, owning a variety of animals in her lifetime. She has been married for 10 years to a K9 police officer who continues to support her drive to help horses attain enhanced performance or heal from injury.
After being a veterinary technician at a small animal practice for 9 years, assisting her equine veterinarian, she wanted to do more to help these magnificent creatures. She has gained respect and credibility among the veterinarians in the surrounding areas, and believes that therapy work should be used along with chiropractor and veterinary medicine. Kim has used several modalities to help horses as she began her business, now her primary modality is an electro-acuscope/myoscope.
Her clientele includes all disciplines of riding from pleasure, hunter/jumpers, reiners, barrel racers, dressage, fox-hunters and 3 day eventers. Kim has ridden a variety of disciplines from pleasure, hunters, barrel racer to dressage. At the present time she is showing with the Buckskin breed. |
